Visiting Australia - Victoria
« on: August 13, 2015, 08:20:22 PM »
I will be travelling to Australia in mid-October for 4 weeks; primarily to represent my Dad, and the rest of the family, at my Aunt's (Dad's Sister) 100th Birthday celebrations.

I will be based in the Yarraville district of Melbourne and I am looking for photographic location ideas from those who know the area. I do have a few locations in mind but I would be pleased to hear from others with regards to any additional information from other members. I will be mainly looking for landscapes and wildlife opportunities.

Any help and assistance will be much appreciated.

No ideas Bob...its beyond my ken...but you will need to check that your tripod will work upside down. :pmsl

I found myself in Dundee today...that was beyond my ken too!
