A Good News Day!
« on: March 22, 2014, 09:00:52 PM »
In late November they removed the church bells for servicing and generally doing up.

We were married at that church.

They didn't seem to be coming back and my wife was getting a bit upset.

The other day the man arrived in his van from Loughborough and reinstalled them but at first try, one was connected to the wrong rope giving a Les Dawson effect!

Why was Carol getting upset?

They had agreed to ring them on 30th March in celebration of our Golden Wedding, and it will now happen!  :)

Congratulations on your Golden Anniversary Ron... I hope you and your wife have a wonderful day celebrating with family and friends.   :banan

BTW... I particularly like the second shot as well.   O0
HERE is Edward Bear coming downstairs now, bump, bump, bump, on the back of his head, behind Christopher Robin. It is, as far as he knows, the only way of coming downstairs, but sometimes he feels that there really is another way, if only he could stop bumping for a moment and think of it. A.A.Milne
